Quick Answer

Turn on "Different times per day" in your dashboard's Schedule section to give each day of the week its own start and end time — useful if you work shorter hours on Fridays, or different shifts on different days.

How Per-Day Scheduling Works

By default, a single schedule window applies to every active day of the week — the same start time and end time, every day. That's fine for a standard 9-to-5, but plenty of real work weeks aren't that uniform: a shorter Friday, a later start on Mondays, or a day worked on a completely different shift.

"Different times per day" replaces the single shared window with one row per day of the week, each with its own independent start and end time. You can leave some days matching your usual hours and adjust just the ones that differ.

How to Turn It On

  1. Open your dashboard's Schedule section.
  2. Toggle "Different times per day."
  3. A row appears for each day of the week.
  4. Set a start and end time per day — changes save automatically.

Not Available During Onboarding

The setup wizard you go through when you first sign up only collects a single schedule window, to get you up and running as quickly as possible. Per-day scheduling is a dashboard-only option that you turn on afterwards, once your account exists.

Turning a Day Off

If a day should have no active window at all, either leave that day unselected, or set its start and end time to the same value — either way, that day is treated as off. This is a normal part of setting up an uneven week rather than something you need to work around.

No Save Button Needed

You don't need to look for a save button after editing per-day times. Every change is saved automatically, roughly a second after you stop editing — it just takes effect on its own.

Frequently Asked Questions

In the dashboard, under Schedule, toggle "Different times per day." A row appears for each day so you can set its own window.
Is this available during signup/onboarding?
No — the setup wizard collects one schedule window to get you started quickly. Per-day scheduling is a dashboard-only option you turn on afterwards.
Do I need to save after changing times?
No — every change saves automatically a second or so after you stop editing. There's no separate save button.
Can a day have no active window at all?
